Are your shop items available in any Wildwood stores?

Currently, all of our products are only available here, online at WildwoodPizzaTour.com. But, we offer free shipping on most items and ship items as fast as we can!

How much is shipping?

Almost all of our items include FREE shipping and handling! Exceptions are apparel, mugs, hats and aprons, which are produced and shipped by Spreadshirt. Shipping is currently only to U.S.A. and Canadian addresses.

Can I order if I'm not in the USA or Canada?

Unfortunately, we only currently ship to U.S.A. addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How will my order be shipped to me?

We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service -- First Class mail or Priority Mail depending on the size and weight of the shipment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days of the order being placed. However, we're perfectionists, many of our products are made-to-order, and we individually quality check every order, so some orders may take 3 to 5 business days to ship. Once shipped, most recipients will receive their order within 1 to 5 days via USPS.

Are credit cards accepted? How do I pay? Is my payment securely processed?

Yes, all major credit cards and Paypal are accepted! Once you add your items to your cart and begin the checkout process, you will be asked for your name, billing and shipping information. Then you will be guided to PayPal to securely enter your payment information. All financial details are managed by Paypal; We do not receive your credit card or bank information.

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?

If you need to make changes to your order, click here to contact us as soon as possible. If we haven't shipped your order, we can totally modify your order however you'd like! Be sure to include your name, order number and what you would like to change.

Are returns accepted?

If the items in your order are unopened and undamaged, we can accept returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please click here to contact us if you need to return an order.
